Adapting Buildings for a Changing Climate Series
Build resilience with the webinar series Adapting Buildings for a Changing Climate.
Join the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning Resilient Buildings Lab, in work contracted for and sponsored by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), for a series of webinars focused on understanding the impacts climate change has on the State’s building sector.
Hosted by Nick Rajkovich, the six-episode series will include key findings and summaries from five research reports produced from the project, started in 2016.
According to the school’s website, the project was funded to research how “climate change will New York’s infrastructure and what can be done to protect it and increase resiliency.”
American Institute of Architects (AIA) Learning Units (LU) will be available, for free, to members registered for the series. Each episode will count as one (1) unit towards LU/HSW.
